A Citizens
Advisory Board was created in 2004. This board
serves “to aid in the more effective
administration of the statutes relating to
juveniles and for the purpose of counsel and
advice”. These board members are appointed by
the Honorable Gary. E. Miller and serve without
pay for a period of four (4) years and until their
successors are appointed. The Citizens Advisory
Board members for the Canadian County Juvenile

Mary
K. Hollingsworth,
CPA, is a partner in the CPA firm of Hollingsworth &
Seaton, PC in Yukon. Mary is a member of the Yukon
Rotary Club, Yukon Public School Foundation for
Excellence, and Yukon Chamber of Commerce. Mary and
her husband Tim have two married sons and three
granddaughters.

Phil Carson is the Canadian County Commissioner
for District 1. Carson serves on the board of the
Oklahoma Environmental Management Authority, Central
Oklahoma Water Resource Authority, Wheatland
Resources Conservation and Development, and the
Intermodal Transportation Technical Committee for
the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments.
Phil is also a member of the Yukon Methodist Church
and the Yukon Round up Club. Phil and his wife Pam
have four children and five granddaughters.

Jennifer M. King is an Attorney for the
Law Office of Jennifer M. King and the
Court-Appointed Attorney in Juvenile Deprived cases
in Blaine County. Jennifer is a member of the
Oklahoma Child Death Review Board, Canadian County
Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Jennifer has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Speech
Communications from Oklahoma State University and
Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University Law
School.

Tony Kouba is the
Director of Yukon National Bank. Tony is a chairman
for the Integris Canadian Valley Regional Hospital
Foundation. He is a member of Yukon Chamber of
Commerce, American Legion, First United Methodist
Church, Oklahoma Farm Bureau, and many other
organizations. Tony has a Bachelors degree in
Agricultural Education from Oklahoma State
University. Tony and his wife Beth reside in Yukon,
and have one son and 3 daughters.

John Bickerstaff is the
Manager of Central Flight Procedures Team, which
consists of seventeen states in the central US. He
is responsible for all departures, arrivals, airways
and instrument flight procedures (both ground based
and satellite) for all airports with in this area.
John is a member of the Piedmont Kiwanis Club and
the Piedmont First United Methodist Church. John
and his wife Arita reside in Piedmont and have four
children.

Sandy Bohannan
and her husband Ron Bohannan are owners of Bohannan
Insurance Agency. Sandy is a member of Yukon Helping
Hands and Moms in Touch. She is treasurer of
Yukon Alumni Association and the founding member of
Church of the Harvest in Oklahoma City. Sandy and
her husband Ron reside in Yukon and have two sons
and six grandchildren.

Kent Mathers is the Deputy Superintendent of
Yukon Public Schools. He is a member of
Schools for Healthy Lifestyles, former Principal of
the year and is currently in his 36th
year in education. In 1996 he was an Olympic
Torch Bearer. Kent and his wife Anita reside
in Yukon. They have two children, two
grandchildren with one on the way.

Becky Reuter, M.Ed.,
L.P.C. is Regional Coordinator of the Sooner SUCCESS
at the Child Study Center, a program that helps link
families who have children with special needs with
the extra services and information that they
require. She provides training and support for the
County Coordinators and facilitates the Sooner
SUCCESS Regional Council. She currently serves on
the Oklahoma Commission on Children & Youth and the
Canadian County Coalition for Children & Families.
Becky’s background is in the mental health field.
Becky and her husband Fred reside southwest of El
Reno and are active in Heaston Community Church.
They are the parents of two grown children.

Linda Ramey is a
secretary/paralegal for 40 plus years. She is a
Certified Family and Divorce Mediator. Past Board
member of Yukon Chamber of Commerce and Yukon
historical Committee. She is married and her spouse
is an attorney. She is a resident of Yukon for 41
years and has 6 children and 11 grandchildren and 3
great grandchildren.

Donna Von Tungeln is the owner operator
of the family farm in partnership with her late
husband Henry Jo. Donna is a member of the Oklahoma
Farm Bureau (first women ever elected), El Reno
Chamber of Commerce (first woman president in
80-year history of El Reno Chamber), Local Food and
Agriculture Council of Canadian County Advisory
Board, Youth and Family Services of Canadian County
and many others. Donna has a Bachelors of Science
degree in Chemistry of Foods from Oklahoma State
University. She has a Master's degree- Vocational
Education, a Counseling Certificate, and Secondary
School Administration from the University of Central
Oklahoma. Donna resides in Calumet.
